AP's Production Manager Dave Jackson competed in the 4th St Michael's Mount trail run organised by Bys Vyken Events. The run follows the route of the ancient pilgrim route - St Michael's Way - which continues on the other side of the Channel down through France to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. The Cornish leg crosses the peninsula from Dynamite Quay in Lelant on the north coast to Station House opposite St Michael's Mount on the south, taking in some pretty extreme climbs and peaks on the way over the central spine at Trencrom Hill where the runners were cheered on by a Cornish Knight.
