I've had one of these for some time but just used my stock the old type. Seems to fit better and seal in the sorb better than the old type and the material looks like an improvement. Not noticed any difference in breathing, but you'd probably need instruments to see it.

Material much more robust, fits perfrctly with no worry about leakage of sofnolime. Should last a lot longer then previous one, and no irritating fraying possible.
